Our senior leadership team has over 100 years of combined healthcare industry experience delivering technology-enabled transformation solutions that improve quality, outcomes and cost. Chronic diseases and mental illness account for 90% of the healthcare spend in the, U.S. That is why our team is dedicated to transform traditional care management models from reactive human resource intensive care to a care model that is proactive, capable of reaching vast numbers of people 24/7 with personalization that understands where they are today and partners with them to set their own achievable goals, one small step at time toward achieving their health and wellness goals. It is through the application and integration of data, advanced analytics, technology, and behavior science that new transformative experiences can be created for people with health risks to get personalized strategies and support for their journey to health.

From our Founder

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. The rising cost of healthcare in the U.S. is not sustainable. Our challenge is how to reach and motivate people who may not even know that they have health risks that could lead to metabolic diseases like diabetes and chronic heart disease. We know that the high rate obesity is associated with the development of chronic diseases. Massive efforts are needed by both the public and private sectors to educate, motivate and activate changes in habits of daily living that are creating our unhealthy population. It is also important broaden the scope beyond physical health to incorporate social and emotional factors that are barriers to health.
